Order information
When will my good(s) be dispatched?
Our aim is to dispatch orders, placed before 2pm, on the same working day. This means that you should receive your order within 48 hours if the item is in stock. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays. If you order on Friday before 2pm a Saturday delivery may be possible.
Different delivery address.
Paypal will allow you to select a different delivery address if required.
What if I don’t want to order online?
First, we’d like to assure you that our on-line ordering process through Paypal is completely secure. But if you would prefer not to order via the web then you can discuss other payment options with us.

- Post your order to us with your name, address & details of order. Please send Postal Orders payable to “PLH Investments Ltd”, 23 Elm Ave, Standish, Wigan. WN6 0ED (We no longer accept cheques as a method of payment).
What will the postage charge be? All orders have free postage and packaging to Mainland UK only except where indicated in the product details. Ireland, Highlands and Offshore Islands may be subject to additional carriage charges. For deliveries to Europe & Rest of the World, please select the charge that applies when ordering.
Do your prices include VAT?
All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate. We are able to supply our Channel Islands customers VAT free - please contact us.
How do I know if the item I want is available?
95% of the products on our website are in stock and stock levels are updated on a weekly basis. We will let you know if there is a delay in sending out your order as soon as we can.
How accurate is your website?
We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions. Descriptions are constantly checked and verified with our suppliers for accuracy.
Which couriers do you use?
Most items are sent on a next day courier service via Royal Mail - smaller items may be sent via 1st class post. Royal Mail delivers parcels between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) but are unable to give morning or afternoon slots. A signature is required for all Royal Mail deliveries. Royal Mail are unable to contact our customers by telephone to advise of delivery times.
What if my consigment is damaged or short delivered?
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within 7 working days. Please sign for all deliveries as 'unchecked'.
Can I Return my item(s)?
We have a flexible returns policy and will accept goods back if you've ordered the wrong item(s), or if you simply find them unsuitable. We only ask that you return goods unused and packed correctly in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending items back so we can issue you with a returns number. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address, and reason for returning the goods. If you are returning unwanted goods you are liable for the costs incurred in returning them and we will deduct £3.95 from your original payment to cover the original costs of post & packing.
Please Note: All goods collected by our courier will incur a minimum return charge of £15.00. If you are returning goods deemed to faulty the £15.00 charge will still stand and will only be refunded when the said goods are confirmed as faulty by our customer services department.
My goods are faulty, what shall I do?
Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before items are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a repair, refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case. Please contact us before sending items back so we can issue you with a returns number.
Please Note: All goods collected by our courier will incur a minimum return carriage charge of £15.00. If you are returning goods deemed to be faulty the £15.00 charge will still stand and will only be refunded when said goods are confirmed as faulty by our customer services department. Our standard £15.00 charge includes carriage back to the consumer. Your original postage costs out will not be refunded unless the incorrect item was dispatched by us. If you are returning the item at your own expense please return recorded delivery as we can't be held responsible if the returned item does not reach us.
Cancellation Rights
Any order can be cancelled in writing (email, fax or letter) within 7 working days of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. Postage costs involved in returning cancelled orders are at the expense of the consumer and are detailed in the section above ‘Can I Return my item(s)?’ This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call and notify you of your order status. We may occasionally send you notice of special offers by email. If you do not want to receive these emails from us, please contact us.
Online Security

We have made on-line shopping secure and easy. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address and payment details. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
