Q1: Is the Espro electronic cigarette safe? A: The Espro Electronic Cigarette, Espro Electronic Cigar and the Espro Electronic Pipe have been tested extensively, and have the CE hallmark. Therefore, Espro products are completely safe to use, however to be sure they are safe for you please consult your doctor.

Q2: How long can I inhale with one cartridge? A: Of course, this depends on the use of the cigarette. However, one Espro cartridge is the equivalent to approx. 6 or 7 tobacco cigarettes.

Q3: Which type of cartridge is best for me? A: There are four types of cartridges. The High 18mg version is comparable with smoking standard tobacco filled cigarettes. The Medium 14mg version has slightly less Nicotine. The Nicotine Free version is used by people who want to quit Nicotine completely or have already quit smoking. The Menthol High 18mg version tastes similar to Menthol tobacco cigarettes.

Q4: How long does it take to charge the battery? A: The first time it takes about 18 - 24 hours to charge. After that 4 - 6 hours will do.

Q5: Do I have to switch off my Espro Smoke when unused? A: No, you do not have to switch it off. When you do not inhale the battery will not be used and will not become empty.

Q6: When will I receive my own Espro Cigarette or other product? A: Delivery will be within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received, if the item is in stock, if not we will notify you of a delivery date.
